Once your consultation package has been purchased, you can schedule with Amy directly though email at amy@mindfulchoiceconsulting.com 
 
Individual consultation is offered ongoing.  These can be scheduled on a bi-weekly or monthly basis depending on your availability and needs.  Individual consultation allows more time for individual questions, staffing ongoing clients, and targeting needs that are specific to you.
 
If you are pursuing EMDR certification, at least 10 of the required 20 hours of consultation must be individual.
